Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unaltered items in original condition. Patches that have been applied to a harness are not eligible for return.
Wrong size? If your harness isn't the right fit, we've got you. Size exchanges on harnesses are accepted within 30 days of delivery — just email us at unreignedco@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Exchanges for a different size are always free shipping, both ways.
To start a return or exchange, email us at unreignedco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs on original orders are non-refundable. Return shipping for refunds (not exchanges) is the responsibility of the customer.
